- Usage data: call records (date, time, duration, numbers dialled/received), SMS message metadata, and account activity logs;
- Device & browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, collected automatically when you access the platform;
- Communications: any messages or support requests you send to us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Process payments and manage your account balance;
- Send transactional emails (receipts, call summaries, account alerts);

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call and SMS records are retained for up to 12 months. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
